Smart Talk Road Trip
AN UDDERLY SMART TALK ROAD TRIP AT THE FARM SHOW

Smart Talk Road Trip kicks off 2020 with a trip to The Pennsylvania Farm Show Friday, January 10. Join us for the live broadcast from 9 - 10am. From the newly passed PA Farm Bill to the state's first commercial hemp harvest, we'll discuss new opportunities and challenges facing the state's agriculture industry with Pennsylvania Secretary of Agriculture Russell Redding. Find us on the Lancaster Farming Stage in the Giant Expo Hall.

TWO CHANCES TO MEET DANIEL TIGER

Daniel Tiger will be at ShipREC on the Shippensburg University campus for a Ready Set Explore on Saturday, February 1 from 9 - 11am. Join WITF to make Valentine's Day crafts, explore robotic activities, build and construct. Then, on Saturday, February 8 from 9 - 11am at the York Expo Center, come build the future with Daniel Tiger. Explore construction activities, create arts and crafts and meet Daniel Tiger.

Dennis Maust Art
ART IN THE ATRIUM

Visit the WITF Public Media Center to view a collection of ceramics and photography created by Lititz ceramist Dennis Maust. His work includes everything from functional pottery to elaborate tile murals to cremation urns. Maust pulls inspiration from encounters with ancient Mediterranean monuments, Persian rug patterns, East African material culture and more. Meet the artist and discuss his overseas inspirations at the free artist's reception on Wednesday, January 22 from 5 - 7pm.

WITF is growing! With a 2020 vision to better serve our community, WITF has added key staff in roles that will help us achieve our goals. We welcome data analyst Steve Fiadewornu, foundation & corporate relations specialist Marilyn Prescott and welcome back Kevin Ditzler in the role of associate director of development. We would also like to welcome Kristal Turner-Childs of Harrisburg and Jim Hoehn of Mechanicsburg to our Board of Directors as well as Catherine Smith of Lancaster and ThaĆ­s Carrero of York to our Community Advisory Board.
